J Co. is a product studio that builds custom platforms, AI workflows, and digital infrastructure for service businesses and premium brands.

I started JMPSHFT in 2016 as a design shop. Over the years, the work evolved from brand identity and print into web applications, automation, and AI integration. The clients changed too. The ones I kept coming back to were service-based businesses that had outgrown their tools but couldn't afford (or didn't need) a full agency or dev team.

In 2025, I restructured under J Co. as a parent company. MaileyAI, our AI email assistant, became the flagship product. Snailmail, a handwritten letter platform, became another. The client work continued alongside, but now everything lives under one roof with a clear model: consult the problem, educate the team, implement the solution.

I'm based in Dallas, TX. I work directly with every client. No account managers, no project coordinators. You talk to the person building your system.
